Whats helping pass the time

I have been busy with wedding stuff for the past six months here are some of the projects ive been working on

These were my save the dates , I also made the envelopes for them out of a brown paper bag , these were so stressful and time consuming!

 These will be our invitations but the wording is going to be different we have a wedding website that has all the information for our guests. Lauren did these for me she does all kinds of awesome stuff with blogs and such!

I got these awesome dresses for my girls at modcloth

 And these adorable brooches will be for the girls instead of bouquets.I got them from Etsy from Sugar Owl Designs 

These are coffee filter garlands they are all folded up so its hard to see how cute they really are. They will hang from the trees to add a little something 

This is just some of our stuff. Our theme is more of an outside picnic. Casual but still romantic. The utensils  are wood! Then we have craft paper plates and boats for our s'more bar that we will be doing for dessert. 

 I am not sure how I will be doing the set up for this yet but you get the idea 

This is how my house has looked for a while now! AHH driving me insane...

 My bouquet I am making. It will have more yellow and some grey in it as well so it will be bigger! I wet felted all the balls for it. 

 O the burlap... It is such a pain!!!! I am doing table runners out of it and then covering some hay bails for seating around the grass.

We will be having mason jars with candles all down the tables and all around 

These platters I made will be for the dessert table ( favors) . I have 4 of the yellow and two of the wood. We will have cookies and some other of our favorite treats to fill their bag as a thank you 

 And these are the bags for the treats the saying is 

" We don't remember days, we remember moments"

 We found these cute drink pails they will go perfect with everything! we have two of them and a 3 gallon clear that will have water with lemons!

 This was just a rough pratice of my chalk board I will be making. I just need a couple they will obviously look better but I just wanted to see if it would even work!

This is similar to the cake my sister will be making 

 Instead of a traditional book we will be doing advice/wishes on these scraps of paper and hanging them on a clothes line that I will later put in a book! 

The hard part with all this is I am doing TWO receptions so its double the work and its not easy to get stuff done with a baby crawling all over it all! Its slowly coming together and there are a million more projects that are started so hopefully I an get going! Its not a traditional decor but it fits us and thats all that matters!! 

8 Months

Khloe is growing WAY too fast!!! She is 8 months I cant believe it!

 She loves her naps! She takes two good naps and when we are home she sleeps away in her crib with no fuss

 Always so happy! She is constantly smiling and such a joy to be around

 She LOVES her cousins!

 Going on walks are so fun she  is in such awe of everything

 While trying to baby proof this little monster got into some cookies! She gets her sweet tooth from her mommy

 Pulling her self up and walking while holding onto things! Anything she can get a grip on shes up

 The girl loves her Disney channel. She dances her little booty off to the songs!

TWO teeth! You can just see them and she was not happy with me trying to get this picture! She is always giving kisses and sometimes bites down , not so pleasant for mom

 She is such a messy eater! She loves her food and is completely on solids. Some of her favorites are strawberries and zucchini. As you can see she doesn't mind yogurt either!!

 Her first cut:( She fell on the tv stand and it broke my heart but shes a tough girl and hardly cried

Easter was so fun she was so excited to get into her basket!

She is saying mama and dada.
She crawls everywhere
Takes a sippy cup and loves it
She is itty bitty she is still in 3 month clothes!!
She keeps me so busy and I love every single second of it!
She wakes me up laughing and sits in her crib and plays away in the mornings!
Bath time is a lot harder she is always trying to turn ,sit up, stand and it gives me a heart attack.
She laughs when we read books and makes me read them over and over.
She is mimicking me doing all kinds of things and it cracks me up, so I laugh and  she thinks shes funny and gets a huge grin!

She is my world and I am looking forward to see what she does this next month!!

7 Months

Khloe Mae is 7 months old!

She is getting so big and is SO smart. 

Still addicted to her binky

She is such a cheeser

She is pulling herself up 

We got the first bump! She pulled herself up on the tv stand and fell:( I tired to get a picture.

She loves to stick her tongue out 

She loves her books and loves to cuddle! 

Dances and loves music

Khloe is army crawling everywhere 

Sleeps through the night in her crib

Is starting to eat table food 

Says mama and dada 

Still in 3 month and 3- 6 month clothes 

She is into EVERYTHING

She is starting to use a sippy

A tooth is coming through as we speak ( bottom tooth!) 

 Khloe has such a fun personality she is constantly making me laugh

She is a wild child Joey told me his mother cursed him so we are in for trouble! 

She is not shy at all she flirts with just about anyone who looks her way and if they arent looking she will get there attention! She is SO loud and loves to yell:) We definitely have a talker on our hands.

She is growing so fast im afraid if I blink ill miss it!

My mom came to visit and we had such a great time! We miss her so much 

6 Month!

My beautiful baby girl is 6 months old..

Where has the time gone?????

Khloe is sitting up on her own
Rolling EVERYWHERE
She also turns herself in circles on the floor
She is eating food and loves it!
She sleeps in her crib almost all through the night
She is so funny and keeps me laughing all the time
I swear she says mama but Joey disagrees ;)
Khloe weighs 13lbs 5 Oz. and is 25.6 inches long!
She is still in 3 month clothes my itty bitty little monkey <3
She is such a great little girl and she is such a sweet little girl..
She has SO much energy and is getting such a funny personalty..

Our Trip to Pittsburgh!

Khloe and I went to visit them family in Pittsburgh, I was so nervous to fly with her but overall it went well!

I had to diaper bags on both arms my baby strapped on to the front of me and pulled the suitcase behind us. The worst part was security, I had to take off my shoes, jacket, baby, baby holder, take my computer out of the one bag put them all in separate bins walk through and then put it all back on! It may sound simple but it WAS NOT! doing all this with a baby on your hip is a task, thank goodness for nice people that helped me both times!!

We sat in the back of the plane both ways, Khloe slept a lot of the time.When she was awake she was talking and trying to get the attention of the guys sitting next to us. we took a direct flight so we didn't have to switch planes! Everyone that sat next to us was so nice, Khloe only cried when we were landing into Phoenix on the way back because of her ears popping. The flight attendant helped me out and all was good!

We got so many compliments on Khloe how good she was and of course how cute she is! The flight attendants gave her her first flying certificate that the pilots signed!


Our time in Pittsburgh was really nice we really enjoyed being with all of them and miss them so much already!! We did some wedding stuff but mostly just hung out!! Tonia and I went to her Costco party and we all watched the Steeler game!

5 months old!!

My baby is 5 months old!!!

Where has the time gone? 

Khloe is so smart and growing so much! She weighs 13lbs and is about 27 inches long!! She is still in 0-3 months clothes but we are working our way up!!

She has started eating rice cereal and loves it, she is also taking a bottle!!

She loves reading when we read books and LOVES her bink!

She is a talker, and she is so happy especially in the morning.

Khloe so alert and smart, she has rolled from her belly to back and now has rolled from back to belly!

She scoots a little bit on her back and wants to scoot really bad while on her belly. She can sit upon her own for a minute but we are still working on her doing it completely on her own.

She was sleeping in her own crib almost through the night but due to traveling and being but on the bottle her sleeping schedule is a little messed up. 

My baby finally got her ears pierced! 

 I couldnt hold her cuz I was so nervous so PP ( Tonia) held her! She was crying when they were holding her head it was making her so mad, after the pierced them she only cried for a second and did so well afterwards! 

By 5 months Khloe has traveled so much she has been in California, Nevada, Utah, Phoenix, Pennsylvania,West Virginia and Ohio! She has flown on a plane and drove in a car, all we need now is a train and a boat!!:) 

I love my little monkey she is such a sweet baby!! 

Sunny San Diego

So today and yesterday have been SO perfect here I have had my windows open and Khloe and I have just been enjoying the days! Even though Joey is not here with us we still try to enjoy our days!

Her feet  I swear every time I turn around they are in her mouth


Things mommy enjoys:
 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! Its my little break in the morning so I can eat:)
First things in the morning.. I walk in and get Khloe from her crib and she always has the biggest smile on her face like she has been waiting for me .
I try to get a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning while Khloe lays next to me and I love how she touches my face and talks and talks ( I usually never get those few extra minutes)
Making Khloe laugh I do the craziest things and its the simple things that she cracks up about.
Baking I really love it and I have been doing it a lot and sending it off to Joey
Nap time!!!

My life is so great if only Joey were home it would honestly be perfect! off to enjoy the rest of this beautiful day
